Setting Up Your Account & API Keys
Before beginning integration, please ensure the following steps are completed.
1. Partner Account
You must have an active Partner account on VaultsPay.
- Register at: https://dashboard.vaultspay.com/
- Complete the basic KYC process.
2. Request SaaS App Access
Contact our Sales team at sales@vaultspay.ae to request SaaS App access.
- Ensure business requirements and scope of services are clearly defined.
- Share the following with the Sales team:
- List of static IPs to be whitelisted.
- One secure email address where your RSA encryption key will be shared.
3. SaaS App Onboarding
Once approved, your SaaS app will be listed at:
Dashboard → Settings → API Keys
4. Your Credentials
After onboarding you will receive:
| Credential | Notes |

clientId | Your unique application identifier. |
clientSecret | Displayed once — save it securely immediately. |
| Whitelisted IPs | The static IPs approved for API access. |

The clientSecret is shown only once at the time of creation. Store it in a secure secrets manager immediately — it cannot be retrieved again.
